Introduction

This blog is dedicated to the proposal of a Didactic Unit of badminton for the fifth grade of Primary Education in bilingual mode, as a response to the creation of an End of Degree Project carried out by the student Josué Donaire Cañada, student at the University Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain.
The objectives that are intended to be accomplished with the creation of this blog are basically the following ones:
- To bring the content closer to students in a way in which they can carry out their learning through Digital Competence, provided in the current laws that regulate the educational activity in the Spanish territory.
- To serve as academic content to those teachers who wish to accomplish the Didactic Unit in the classroom with their students.
Being a Didactic Unit composed in a bilingual context, this blog will be developed in Spanish and English, making reference on each of the eight sessions to the specific vocabulary that is intended to be transmitted to students, as well as the activities and the fundamental aspects that are going to compose them (materials, space or time, for instance).
Therefore, this blog will be made up on different pages. In each one, the session will appear showing the corresponding theoretical and practical content so that students can access it and understand it in the easiest way. On the other hand, it will be necessary to communicate to all students that they must have analyzed the previously uploaded content in order to see all the activities that will take place during the session, and also the theory to be able to accomplish the debates that will take place in English about this content.
